直流電磁鐵的溫升:直流電磁鐵溫升的唯一原因是由銅損引起的線圈溫升。其程度取決于電流密度及散熱狀況。一般情況下,直流電磁鐵的溫升小于交流電磁鐵。交流電磁鐵的溫升:交流電磁鐵的溫升由銅損及鐵損共同引起。取決于以下幾點:1.鐵芯渦流損耗與磁滯損耗。2.疊層鐵芯鉚釘間循環電源引起的損耗。3.短路環引起的損失。4.激磁內阻引起線圈電阻損耗。另外與操作頻率有關,頻率越高,處于啟動電流時間越長,溫升也會越高。當電磁換向閥無法正常工作,常見如因外力導致閥芯卡阻無法移動時,電磁鐵通電后無法將銜鐵吸附至正常位置,磁通路受阻,線圈溫度將急劇升高,特別對于AC交流電磁鐵,極易短時間內造成線圈燒毀。因此在使用中應注意液壓系統的清潔度,避免電磁換向閥故障,延長使用壽命
